Trek 36km from Dromahair, Co. Leitrim to Coolaney, Co. Sligo along the beautiful Sligo Way.
Fee: €40 (excl. booking fee) includes bus transport from Coolaney, drinks/fruit en route, hot dinner at the finish and a commemorative Sligo Camino t-shirt.
Camino Weekend Draw: Be in the draw to win self-catering accommodation for up to 8 people in the heart of Coolaney with thanks to O' Grady's B&B. Tickets €5 available during online registration.
The waymarked route includes tarred byroads, gravel paths, boggy hillside, timber boardwalks, forest tracks, grassy trails and stone slabs.
The Sligo Camino™ is organised entirely by the volunteers of Coolaney Development Company, Co. Sligo with the support of our sponsors, Coillte and Sligo Walks. All proceeds go towards community projects in Coolaney.

What time to I need to be in Coolaney for?
You are booking a ticket for the 7 am wave of walkers. You should register at the Community Centre on Main Steet between 6.00am and 6.45am. Registration will close 15 mins before 7am to ensure everyone is onboard and on time.
Terms and Conditions of sale:
- Registration fees are non-refundable except in the case of the event being cancelled.
- Please do not purchase a ticket until you are certain that you will take part and are medically and physically capable of walking 36km at your own risk.
- If you are walking with friends, check the time carefully, as we cannot switch people to different time slots.
- Tickets are non-transferable. The organisers require accurate contact information in the event of an emergency.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is ample parking in Coolaney, stewards will be on hand to help you find parking and direct you to registration.
Can I join the walk in Dromahair?
No. We need to be sure you've registered for the walk, give you your Camino passport and safety briefing before departure.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, bring your printed ticket with your name on it to registration in Coolaney Community Centre between 6.00am and 6.45 am on the morning of Sat 6th.
